Dr. Blaine Long

Dr. Long is a graduate of Texas A&M University School of Veterinary. He has owned and operated Plainview Animal Clinic since January of 1988.

Dr. Long is married to Rachel, who is an assistant principle in Plainview. They have three girls, Jesse, Katy, and Allie.

Dr. Long enjoys hunting, fishing, and working with his bird dogs

Dr. Emily Broadway

Dr. Emily Broadway is from Carrollton, MS. She obtained her Bachelors of Science as well as her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree at Mississippi State University. She has been practicing small animal veterinary medicine in Lubbock since 2012 in both private practice as well as emergency medicine.

Dr. Broadway’s interests include both soft tissue and orthopedic surgery as well as preventive medicine. Her husband, Rand, is a graduate of Texas Tech University, and they have made west Texas their home. Dr. Broadway and her husband enjoy outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, college football, and barbeque. They have one son, Connor.

Dr. Ronda Clark

Dr. Ronda Clark graduated from Texas A&M in 1986, and has spent the majority of her career caring for patients in Lubbock. She joined the staff at Cooper Veterinary Clinic in November 2015.

Her areas of interest include canine and feline behavior, ophthalmology, and reproduction. In her spare time, Dr. Clark enjoys competitive dog sports, including agility and obedience, and has competed at the national level in both sport

Dr. Scott

Dr. John Scott lives in South Plains, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M with his DVM in 1987. He practiced and owned clinics in Bryan for several years before moving to west Texas. He has worked in Plainview for 8 years and is co-owner of Cooper Veterinary Clinic. His special interests include canine and feline theriogenology. In his spare time, he enjoys riding
horses, working cattle, and Aggie football.
